7. Shipping & Delivery

  4. Failed Deliveries: If a carrier returns a package to us due to refusal, failed delivery attempts, or insufficient address information, you may be charged for return postage and re-shipment.

8. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  1. Non-Returnable Items: Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened e-liquid bottles, coils, pod cartridges, or any product that has been unsealed.

  2. Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will, at our discretion, replace the item or issue a refund.

  3. Cancellation After Shipment: Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. If you choose not to accept delivery, the package will be returned to us; you will be responsible for return shipping costs and any restocking fees (up to 20% of the order value).

  4. Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Shipping fees (initial and return) may not be refundable unless required by law.

9. Warranty & Disclaimer

  1. Limited Warranty: Our products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 30 days from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, unauthorized modification, or normal wear and tear.
